Telangana citizens have embraced the new changes happening in the country land offices. However, government hasn’t full adjusted to the online method.  The documents are being issued at the sub-registrar offices. Applicants get a unique number which they will use once the online process is complete.

• Applicants are to get the PPB at the Mandal Revenue office (MRO) at https://dharani.telangana.gov.in/.
•  Get the application form and enter the information as required.
• The form has three parts which need to be filled. One document of the three will be presented to the MRO.
• When giving back the documents  attaché the following forms: Registered sale deed / gift deed, Provide the tenancy agreement document, Mortgage deed, If the land previous owner has passed on the new owner should present the death certificate, Provide the will of the previous owner whether registered or not.
• Now the applicant should give different application forms if the owner has other properties elsewhere.
• The MRO will provide the details after a short period of one month. The applicants should check if there any mistakes.
